Bluebird Cakery proudly serves the Greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas with custom cakes, cupcakes, and handcrafted cookies designed to make life’s sweetest moments even more memorable. From smash cakes and birthdays to weddings, promotions, retirements, corporate events, and “just because” celebrations, we create desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Our menu features a wide range of flavors — from timeless classics like vanilla and chocolate to fruity, fun, and seasonal favorites. We offer custom-designed celebration cakes, cupcakes sold by the dozen, oversized year-round cookies, and rotating seasonal cookie collections that change throughout the year. Even if a seasonal favorite isn’t currently displayed, special requests are always welcome.
Every dessert is thoughtfully crafted in our home-based cottage bakery in Orange Park, Florida, with care, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

Vanilla Rose Shortbread
Buttery vanilla shortbread, 2 inches square, delicately infused with rose water and rose petals for a soft, floral finish that feels timeless and refined.
Royal Icing Cookies
Vanilla or Chocolate Flavored, these cookies can be traditionally decorated with royal icing or flooded with royal icing and topped with a printed sugar sheet. These cookies are great for sports team celebrations, birthdays and, of course, holidays. Minimum order is 1 dozen cookies at $36.
